More Bank Employees

There are thousands of new job openings in the banking and financial sector, not only in Poland’s larger cities but also in the small ones. Banks are setting up a greater number of new subsidiaries. Among the most desired positions are financial, credit, and investment advisors. Nonetheless, according to the portal pracuj.pl sellers can also find a job easily. The portal, which advertises openings, saw approximately five thousand job offers in the third quarter, which is almost half as many as last year at that time. “Banks do realise that they need to become more customer-friendly, therefore they are establishing more subsidiaries,” claims the manager of the financial sector in the human resources company Hays. Surprisingly, banks are prepared to employ not only the graduates of financial departments, but also the graduates whose degree does not concern finances. HR departments in companies believe character traits such as aptitude, communication skills, or being outgoing as more vital than a university diploma.
