Procter & Gamble is set to employ one thousand people in Poland. As Puls Biznesu says, the company needs planners and a new planning and distribution centre is in the works. The company has been in Poland since 1991. It employs 3,200 people at present. Marek Kapuściński, the General Manager and Vice President of P&G in Central Europe, already discussed the investment a year ago. He announced that there is a good chance there will be more vacancies in the service centre. P&G has its the global IT centre in Poland and employs more than 300 people there. It also has four factories in the Łódź Special Economic Zone. This includes two Gillette factories in Łódź, a Pampers factory in Warsaw, and Olay factory in Aleksandrów Łódzki.
