After much concern about its potential non-profitability, Poland’s National Stadium in Warsaw has been fully commercialised, according to its officials. The agent responsible was the company Walter Herz. The National Stadium offers more than 15,000 square metres of class A offices on two floors, which are equipped with the latest technological innovations. The offices also give clients a spectacular view of the stadium interior and a panorama of Warsaw, including Poniatowski Bridge, the Vistula River, Swiętokrzyski Bridge and the Saska Kępa district. The National Stadium has managed to attract, amongst others, companies from the IT sector, marketing agencies, consulting and training firms, architect studios, publishing houses, medical companies, tour operators, distribution companies, production companies as well as educational and sports associations.
