Fear of financial risk, recession, and lack of rules are factors that hold back potential young entrepreneurs from founding their own companies.
A new report by UCE Research and Syno Poland entitled Entrepreneurial Poles in the Time of the Pandemic found that 66% of those surveyed do not intend to start any form of business. Only 16% consider starting a business. 17% of respondents have no defined opinion. What is more, 27% of those surveyed stated that they prefer to have a full-time employment contract working in a company.
53% of those interested in starting their own company value independence most. 30% of the group is motivated by the possibility of having a higher income.
